I am Lucky enough to be one of the main photographers for new upper-middle to high-end apartment complexes in Springfield, rogers, and Fayetteville through partnering with Rent.Com
The following shoot was done in Rogers Ar. Staged and looking great! I was able to capture three staged units, along side virtual tours of several more and 3D scans of the amenities. These are all services Gen3 Photography offers within the Ozarks to relators, business owners, home owners, and vacation rental owners as well, which have been the main clients I have been Lucky enough to know and provide photography too over the past few years.

Each season since the humble beginnings of Gen3 Photography during the 2020 pandemic, my appointment books have been filling up more and more, to a point this summer, where I anticipate It will be more than I can handle myself! This April within the first-week start of semi semi-busy season for real estate photography has blown the roof off my expectations, and I am very thankful for every one of my clients who has helped make this passion project a full time business.

In the coming months, as my family's long history with photography has paved the path for, I will be training and enlisting the help of my family members to keep up with the increasing demand. My Dad, the one who showed me the ropes, and the owner of the photography studio I grew up running through as our apartment was located right above, and my Sister, possibly the only other one of my siblings who has been taking pictures longer than me!

I appreciate all the community support for growing this photography service from where it started, A college kid with a camera and a dream, to the professional photography service it is today, offering everything from drone, Videography, 3D matterport virtual tours, and working along side some of the biggest real estate websites that exist. More to come. Thanks for everything.
