Dock Drone Video
Drone Videography
Gen3 photography provides aerial drone to the Ozarks! I am certified with the FAA as a drone pilot, and can photograph your listing from up to 400ft in the sky, or over 2,000 feet away! This proves ideal in the Ozarks where properties can be hilly, as well as helpful for capturing lake views. There is no better way to capture attention for a listing online that to provide an aerial perspective.
The video will be about a minute in length, and be a compilation of clips showing off your property professionally edited, and delivered in a single clip with music.

Twilight photography (drone or ground)
We Provide twilight photography, with the option of a standard shoot at sunset, or a full on professional twilight edit, including one day and one twilight image. Contact me for pricing and consultation for your specific listing.
Drone Photography
Gen3 Photography will provide Drone photography. As an FAA certified drone pilot, I will capture HDR photographs of your listing from up to 400ft above or 1000ft away! This photo is a great example of the benefit, as the property included a trail leading to a dock and the lake. There would be no other way to capture the relationship between the cabin, path, and dock, than from in the sky!
Real Estate Videography:

I will provide series of 4k clips of your property, listing, or business between 2-3 minutes in length with professional editing and music to to show off your property and its highlights.
